Start you morning pleasant ,happy , say your morning prayer
Thank GOD for today
Get up at 5am stretch your body , few movements lol
Have a cup of coffee
Look through the window or go outside inhale the fresh air with your cup of coffee
Think only of positive stuff no worries or stressful stuff
Have your shower dress up very slow no rush just enjoy yourself
When you step out that door say 'Thank God let my day start smoothly'
Who gives a dame wether i am okay or not
people are busy with their own shit also.
Get up in the morning say a PRAYER
Take a bath skeep breakfast because there,s hardly bread, milk or eggs in the fridge
Well what can i do go to work on a empty stomach,
The reason why i dont have food its because i have to pay accounts with the small pay check i get
And wonder why is she not buying clothes for herself well the smile i show is fake
Not letting any one know my pain. I cry only in my sleep...
