Not easy to smile like nothing is wrong...

How can one smile with hungry?
How can one smile with so much stress?
How can one smile with so pain?
How can one smile with so much problems?

Trying to pretend like nothing is wrong
But my eyes shows all the sadness..
I have so much wrinkles on my face not because I'm old
No.because of all the stress n depression
